Pol Pierart’s films have no title, only a number. They are experimental, silent family films, intimately linked to his photographs by the use of black and white and the presence of short texts. As souvenir films or false documentaries of his creative process, they are yet another means, like painting or photography, of “entering into a relationship” to enlighten the viewer. (Genaro Marcos)
