Dans un climat politique et culturel tendu, les institutions culturelles sont souvent obligées de bricoler, de s’adapter et de choisir l’action afin de pouvoir poursuivre leurs missions. Dans ces situations, le pragmatisme dont elles doivent faire preuve est envisagé comme une stratégie de survie dans l’art, comme une voie de résistance.
